So I’ve been looking for a summer job and nowadays the applications are on the internet. Most of these applications often come with a near 20 page personality survey.
1) I’ve always wondered, are you more likely to get hired if you answer questions according to the truth even though it is not ideal. Or is it better to sound as ideal as possible just to lure the opportunity?
2) Do you guys know how strong the personality tests are used to determine whether they want to consider your application?
3) Any other career application information you guys can give me would be awesome.
Just something I’ve been curious about and wondered if anyone knew. Thanks
