Glitch in the News Tips forum?

I’ve tried to gain access to the News Tips board to see topics, but it keeps coming up with these error signssaying you don’t have access to forum. So I wonder if there’s a glitch? You can only make topics and that’s about it.

I’m having the same problems myself. I couldn’t reply to most of the threads but i could make topics.
