i was thinking about getting another xbox 360 because my other one broke but now im thinking about getting a ps3 becuase it doesnt get the red ring so should i get a new 360 or a ps3?

I would say a PS3 but wait to see what other members has to say about that.

I have a ps3. It’s pretty cool, but apparently it uses enough power to run a medium sized fridge, so it isnt very green (though i do not expect 360 to be too far away in power consumption). Anyway, with MGS4 coming out, I’d say now is a good time to get a ps3.

man…. id never get a new system because a game comes out, theyre so expensive! how much does the ps3 cost now? its gotta be over 300 dollars right?

i have a ps3 it lots of fun the games are more than I would like to spend but hey it lot of fun to play.

no you dont! the only things iv heard about ps3 is that there are only about 2 or 3 good games for it!
i think its way overpriced for its reputation

Im a great fan of playstation.

fan of playstation here to, i wouldnt have it any other way. They have the games that i love and the graphics to go with it. They also have great story lines for their games!! My favorite is the resident evil games.

I would get another Xbox 360—they finally fixed the overheating problem so I don’t think you will run into any red ring of death scenarios in the future (unless you do something really stupid to your system like drop it).  The PS3 is just way too expensive, and you don’t get that much compared to the Xbox 360 in terms of graphics.  If you want a blu-ray player though, you may want to consider the PS3 because it would make economical sense then.

just have them all the best of all worlds, I have the 360 and PS3 and planning to get the Wii at the end of this month, my advice is get them all

graphics are better on xbox 360???
iv only played one ps3 game, a wrestling one in gamestop and it was the best graphics iv ever seen!
it was crazy, it looked like they were real people fighting
maybe i got lucky and picked the right game on the demo menu
anyway, im pretty sure dropping any system thats not gamecube would break it XD
thoses things are built like bricks…

i like the ps3 more, i a big fan of the ps line and the graphics are great.

ah so u like the graphics too i see. but still, i dont see why someone would pay such a great amount for it when there dont seem to be many games for it that have a good reputation.

Sharky , i think there are so many good games related to ps3, as u can find in its store like prince of persia, resident evil 4, nhl 2009 and many popular games.

The PS3 IS NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. You can get one for $400, which is cheap for a PS3 in my country.

There is NOT 2 or 3 good games for the PS3, there is lots, lots, more. Capiche?

The PS3 has NOT got a bad reputation, the PS3 has sold more units than the Xbox 360.

Conclusion: PS3.
