Ok, I had to post. T8slacker SPL, ummm.. if you just play the main mission, sure, that’s all you’ll get.. but there’s these things called: “Side quests” using these “side quests” you can new equipment, and abilities, and you open the story up a bit wider.
Let’s try to remember it’s an RPG first, and a shooter second.

Many people I’ve talked to regard this game with an unrealistic level of respect, and I feel the need to deflate that hype a bit. The game is unrivaled in so many capacities that the flaws are all the more apparent. Some have chosen to completely, perhaps irrationally, ignore these flaws. I still give a hearty recommendation that you buy this game, but you need to go in with the right mindset: Mass Effect is a flawed gem.
ahh i am so torn when it comes to mass effect. i started it, then stopped, then i started fallout 3 about a week ago and then i stopped a while ago. i think it just comes down to i dont know if i am a console RPG sort of guy. i love computer ones but i cant get into it. strange i guess.
