Sadly ( or happily ) I’ve picked up orange box for PC, so I won’t be able to attend that.

I don’t see the whole “I already paid for HL2/Ep1” argument. Even if you completely ignore those games, it’s still only $15/game for TF2, Portal, and Ep2. I still think it’s a great deal.

I got it on PC, but when I get it from GameFly, I’ll play with you guys on 360.

Doesn’t matter how cheap the parts are, I would still be paying for content twice…. can’t bring myself to do it.

Well first Maj #### you, they are good games and are worth re-buying. Second I would be joining you guys, except that I am saving myself on all half life purchases until I have a PC that can do the games justice.  Yes I played half life 2 on xbox…almost made me cry.  The game is not bad, just not the same as PC.

Why is it “#### me” for not wanting to buy a game twice?  That is pretty rude for me not wanting to spend my money twice for the same content.  No game is worth buying twice when I have a perfectly good working copy of the goddamn thing.

I personally didn’t feel Half-Life 2 was worth the $60 I paid for it to begin with.  It was pretty, but the action too sparse to keep me happy.  I am looking forward to TF-2, but won’t pay the $30 for it stand-alone.

Seriously, why is it “#### you” for me to feel like I should be able to just buy the NEW content for the game?  You make no sense there.  Pretty much pisses me off…..

F*** You Maj..!!! How dare you not pay twice for the same game. F*** You..!! I can’t even believe this nonsense. Get off your a** and head over to the money tree, then buy that damn game again. After that, I want you to go to EB Games and buy it a third time. Yeah, that’s right. It’s that good.

Doesn’t matter how cheap the parts are, I would still be paying for content twice…. can’t bring myself to do it.

But if you think about it as $15/game, HL2 and Ep1 are just free bonuses, and if you happen to already have them, then you’re just getting a good deal on TF2, Portal, and Ep2. So, in essence, you wouldn’t necessarily be paying for HL2 and Ep1 twice, but you would get an extra key for each. What I’m trying to say is that the value of HL2 and Ep1 aren’t built into the price.

Honestly, is $15/game too much for TF2, Portal, and Ep2?

Also, Hunterchief, angry much? raspberry

I can’t answer that without having played them.

I guess that’s the risk you run, if you buy before you play. Having played all three (and completed Portal and Ep2), I would say that it’s worth it, especially if you remember that Ep1 by itself was $20.
