Well I finshed Halo3 on heroic..
great game, highly enjoyable…. but ..... not a 10..

the difficult difference between normal and heroic was too much of a jump.
Heroic in single player, was too hard and felt like a chore.
I was expecting more from the graphics.. look at the jericho game and look at halo3..
Also where was the battle from the advert (museum)
I was hoping it was gonna be like cod3 where you feel part of a huge battle.

I know I’m gonna be flamed…. hell probably nail to a cross and set on fire…
I can hear the angry mob soming up the street now…

this isnt a fanboy thing I just think it was overhyped and not a 10, I’d say 8, 8.5

I’m gonna get a fake passport now and go in to hiding, commonly know as pulling a Rushdie.

Based solely on the single-player campaign experience, it probably isn’t a 10. Co-op is where it’s at, though.

Multiplayer is pretty fun, too.

Campaign… solid 8 - 8.5 I agree.

Value for your $ or £ , I would rate as a 10.

The story alone a 10..? No, I agree. What makes Halo 3 a 10 is the culmination
of the story, the multiplayer, the co-op, the Forge and the Theater mode. Show me
another game that gives you all that for 60 bucks. Dante, have you even experimented
with all this game has to offer…?

well i have tried all those things and i still couldnt justify giving it a ten, Story was just a major point for me and it was a let down your right tho in saying what other game offers Co-Op MP Forge and Theater mode but and Halo3 wouldnt be much with out them but on that i still on say this game is an 8.5 or at most 9 no higher,

I only played the demo on the ps3, but the graphics and atmospere are excellent.. imagine a messed up fps bit like silent hill only more wierd.

I don’t think it gets a 10 based on the campaign, although it was better than Halo 2.  The game as a whole is 10 worthy, but I really expected to want to play through the campaign multiple times, which is not the case.  It feels almost like a chore trying to get the points in the meta game, and I’m not into searching every nook and cranny in a level for skulls.  Thankfully there are guides to the skulls. 

Multiplayer is where it’s going to be for a long time.  I’m not thrilled with the films so far.  I need more editing options.  Hell, I just need a rewind option for when I overshoot the spot I want to record.

Yeah campagin couldnt be a 10 but its not like reviewers gave it a 10 just for the story.Like said above the multiplayer forge co op campaign give a nice experince which was worth every penny.It was only 55 euros after all aswell which is cheaper then most games which are normally 75 euros.
