In an interview with Game Informer, Ken Igarashi of Castlevania fame says that now that Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles is wrapping up, he’s focusing on the next DS game and targeting the 360 as the next home for the continuing battle against Dracula. When asked about the PS3 he says he thinks it will take MGS4 to build up the installed base to the point where he even wants to bother and as for the Wii he says he still needs time to figure out how to make the gesture controls work.
Is it just me or does he come across as kind of a Pointy-Haired Boss in this interview with all the talk of markets and research? Isn’t the real question who wouldn’t want to swing their Wiimote like a whip?
