According to MegaGames, there are about 22 plasmids in Bioshock that are disabled, four of which are residing in a “Downloaded Content” section. The rest are disabled, speculatively, because they weren’t interesting enough or unbalanced gameplay.

True, but I would have assumed they would follow the same style of programming as the first four. I really can’t say for sure.
