You may or may not have heard that GTR is being sponsored by EA to go to E3 this year.  All expenses paid and all that. 

Anyway, I was thinking about it (and reading some of their propaganda) and got to thinking.

It feels like the Matrix (the first one).  We’ve all been woke up by Morpheus (Andy) and we can see the world how it really is.  Everyone else is still living inside that world.  They don’t know that it’s all a construct by the machines (Microsoft) to keep them in under control. 

Anyway, that’s my Matrix analogy.  Had to post it somewhere.

I wonder who Agent Smith is?

Wow.. that’s kinda deep.. I guess whoever tries to shut us down is Agent Smith..

I’d be more concerned with who is the Oracle, rather than who is Agent Smith.

What about the HOT chick in all that tight stuff? Don’t forget about her. I know I’ll keep my eyes out for her.

Any ways I’m not surprised. Its all about marketing for EA, and the ilk. Any thing they can do to counter react all the good stuff from the GAL podcast, and the living (aware) community.

Would you like to define indie for me?  Maybe I’m wrong but I think when the largest corporation in videogames flys you and pays for your hotel, etc. to E3 and you write for their corporate (EA.com, AOL) websites….. Yeah, that doesnt sound very indie to me

I guess my sorry attempt at sarcasim was lost on you.  I was making an attempt to sound like the GTR guys by defending them followed up by listing my sponsors like they do.  After bashing you on their response episode, they get Aaron Greenburg on and he gives away free pac man.    Then after having Dan Shu on , they give a glowing review of an trip that was sponsored by EA.
