What I can’t stand is that a person so insulated from real life like PH (I refuse to recognize her name) is *exactly* the kind of person that jail would *actually affect* and deter future behavior. I’m not even sure whose fault this is, but I am so sick of PH I can’t even be bothered to look up the details and find out. (Given the technical legal circumstances of the case, it might not have been the judge’s fault, but again, I ain’t bothering to find out.)
Anyway, Hawkes, give voice to my voicelessness, brother, and preach on.
From what I understand, she was essentially sent to jail for driving without a license… My brother did that for like 2 years, and he was never sent to jail… I don’t really think she’s getting special treatment; I think the punishment was just too harsh to begin with.
Not just once, but repeatedly, and in several different ways (at the very least two, from what I recall.
You know what probation is? Probation is please, I promise to be a good boy/girl, and will do X, Y and Z, in return for which you will suspend the jail/prison sentence I would otherwise receive. She did not accidentally violate probation, she tore her probation into little tiny pieces and tried to shift the blame to others and plead ignorance (which as true as it is, is not a defense). Time to grow up, take your punishment, and figure out how to not be so stupid in the future.
Look up an episode of the Dave Chapple show. In that episode. The Black drug dealer is treated like the rich and famous and the rich white guy gets treated like a black drug dealer. It is so funny. I will try and find the episode name, see if it’s posted on you tube and post the link here.
As regards to PH. All it proves is that their are two standards. One for the rich and one for the poor. It also prooves that the news media can report any old #### and we’ll watch it.
Hopefully; natural selection will catch up with her and she will be made to read war and peace. I mean she will be force to learn to read.
I was all set.. I was writing it up, I was going to post it about an hour from now, and you had to GO AND GO BACK TO JAIL!!
Bitch..
Oh well, made my day at least.
Oh, you tease, a written rant is weak sauce compared to your verbal rants. One of your compadres needs to taunt you with her name next podcast, that should get things going regardless.
