Yes, they say you must mail in a form. However, it will not open for me. They say 6-8 weeks I believe.
I just finished and it wont open for me neither.

It kind of seems like the PDF is only working for those who ordered the Shopping Spree rather than the iPod.

wtf, i just lost all of mine too, except the one that didnt do the test. I have the email they sent me for all my referrals completing an offer so I will definetly send them an email with proof, for the people who finished and have their refs gone, i think you should do the same.
