unfortunately, i think this guy sort of deserved to die.
really, if you are going to waste your life on something like playing video games nonstop you are not of any use to anybody and can only do yourself harm.
it is survival of the fittest. if someone is stupid enough to do this, we can only hope he did not have any kids to carry on that stupidity.

i knew people would disagree with me, and in most cases i would disagree with my own stance here…
but first off, this man is in korea, not china. and it is not normal anywhere on the planet to play video games for 50 hours straight. also, he had quit his job to play more video games. also, the article implied that he lived with his mom. it surely doesnt sound like he was supporting his family. this man was at an internet gaming cafe, not one of those e-sweatshops that we all read about in pc gamer or whatever it was. it is dangerous to do something like this and everyone with common sense knows it.

i think we can all learn a good lesson: take a break at least every couple of hours and don’t play video games for more than 2 days straight. whats that? it says this in the instruction manual of every game? so if you do this and hurt yourself, its your own damn fault for using a product incorrectly!

I guess I’m just an ass but I’d laugh. Death is a part of life, if you laugh at it, its not so bad
its very sad that this guy died and i never said it wasnt. i feel sorry for those that he left behind. however, i think that he brought it upon himself.
