I ordered the Mini iPod on July 29, it’s almost two months since I have done this and it’s still “Processing”, whatever that means.
I open support tickets and they closed it without response, without notice. Very unprofessional. They are really aaggravating me, what can I do? I did a YellowPages search on DNA WebMedia and TrialClix - found nothing. A phone number for this company is extremely hard to find.
The same thing has been happening to me. The unresolved tickets, the long processing time. I ordered a Nintendo DS on October 8th. Its still processing. Everytime I contact them, its an unresolved ticket. If you ever get your product or if you ever find more info about whats going on, let me know something.
