lol how do you guys think this will hold out in a court of law.  rofl what are they gonna say when they find out theyve violated not only their own TOS by not sending out gifts, there are much more worse things they are guilty of.  I can shut these guys down if i had the resources but if they do not send me my gift by Sunday next week, they are going to face a lot more than fulfillment.

btw: the terraserver satellite photo is 3yrs old but theres no denying thats exactly where the address leads when mapquest and Royalty Inn’s still points to the same spot regardless if that photo is old.

I highly doubt anyone here can do anything to shut down any of these sites. Everyone says they’ll get their lawyer involved, but man, you really wanna pay $150/hour to get a $100 gift? Plus everyone is all talk

oh there are my friend.  out of 10 people, about 1-2 are capable of carrying this out.  also, a lawyer is only needed for consultation.  the actual case goes to small claims or lower courts because the amount is so low.  you only go to a lawyer if you want to build a case against them, seek huge damages and shut these guys down.

what kind of case would you have on them?  They haven’t really wronged us since it’s never stated when they would ship out our prizes.  I want to bring this to small claims court, but I don’t think there’s a case currently.

Only because I’m looking for a laugh - why don’t you name the three claims you think you can file against Prizecube?  Do you have any idea about how difficult it is to get a judgment against a small company?  And, then, even if you get get a judgment, how are you going to enforce it?  Are you going to go to the hotel and knock on their room and ask them for payment?

Now, that they’re operating out of hotel has no bearing on any claim, in any court of law, unless you’re going to file an IRS claim against them.

internet domain registry is serious and frauding internet registry is something you really can go to jail for.  heck, someone who buys up domains to sit on them and not choose to use it for the sole reason to shut off your competitors is something you can sue someone for (and have a high probability of winning).

i think i will still call and if i find out if Prizecube’s admin really runs his business from there, if he doesnt, he has committed fraud and if i do not recieve my gift, i will have to report this guy in order for him to be punished with the maximum extent of the law.
