Whenever I put a disc into my CD or CD/RW drive my computer gets really slow. I’ve known this to not happen on other peoples computers that I have used. Does anyone know what’s happening?  :?

Is it a specific disc or just a disc in general?

I burn at pretty good speeds. Although that isn’t the problem.

Whenever I put any kind of CD in either of my drives my computer gets all slow and then gets faster little by little.

My computer isn’t old at all. And since most other peoples computers that I use are older models , but they do not have this problem. This is why I ask.

:?
