Send the system into Microsoft, I bet they will be more than happy to help you out with this problem. It is a known problem by the way.

Well, if it has all those problems that you mentioned, then I think the thing to do is to sue microsoft.  There could be big money in it for you.  I heard of a story of a guy who sued them for similar problems as those.

Sue them for what? If it’s anything like the Playstation, it should have a 90 day warranty. So, if it’s within that time frame you should be able to exchange it for a new one - you should be able to get a new game too. Some stores will allow you to do it through them. Others will tell you to go through the company. If it’s past 90 days, be very persistant with the company. I’m not sure how you could sue them unless you got your hand stuck in it and it had to be cut off or something, but I’m not a lawyer.
