is there anyway to just shuffle an artist’s songs or an album.. aside from making a playlist for them and shuffling the songs yourself.  I’m not really into the shuffle that the ipod provides where it just shuffles every song you have on your ipod.. it’s nice in certain situations.. and certain ones.. not so much.

you can change the playmode to shuffle in the settings… then just go and tell it to play the artist or album. it will then only shuffle the songs by that artist or album. I had to figure this one out too. I just made a playlist with my fav songs and shuffle that
