I’m with Andy on this one.
It’s a visual pun on the old wive’s tales about getting an apple on Halloween that someone has put a razor inside to harm you when you took a bite.
Around here, they open up the x-ray department at the local hospitals to check for such things.
At first, I thought about having a Motorola phone sticking out of an actual apple but then decided to go ahead and make it an Apple i-Phone instead.
It wasn’t artfully pulled together but I thought that the weird play on razors in apples would be a little humorous.
