WOoooooooooo a graphics card with 512 mb, what next.

I wish I had the near half grand to get it . . wait no I dont lol

Eh…  I read in CPU magazine that there isn’t much difference between the X800 pro 256 and the 512.  The only really performance difference can be seen in games like HL2 and Doom3, but the difference isn’t very signifigant.  Maybe it’s because they use a lower-end GPU in the card….

I thought Doom 3 was the only game out right now that can take advantage of the 512 mb

Nah, Doom 3 and Half-life 2 are somewhat close in graphics (though this can be debated)  But they are both high-performance games that *could* benefit from a 512MB card.
