personally I think that it may be a new Unreal or Quake game.  At first I though it might have been halo, but then I saw that it wasn’t the good ol’ Master Cheif holding that gun.  Anyone know exactly when and for what Quake IV is coming out?

When I checked, it was back up.  I felt it was incredibly simple, but I also missed the original chance to answer.  Still, its all about teamwork, so if you solve it first, answer.

Yeah thanks it works now. I’ve seen those types of pictures before but this one doesn’t seem to work for me. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m using a TFT monitor.

It seems to me like that’s the new xbox logo. An X on a sphere = Xbox 3-Sixty. I think it looks cool.

All this emphasis on 360, spheres, and spinning makes me think there will be a thumb-trackball on the controllers for mouse-like control.

Anyway, I submitted a puzzle to Our Colony.  I doubt it will be used, given the large fan base.  The only problem is that the submission form doesn’t allow you space to explain how you get to the answer.  So I sent in this cryptic puzzle with an odd answer.  If it gets selected, we’ll get a contribution bonus.

I never, ever would have gotten the answer to the last puzzle.  Kudos to those who did!

Hey this is weird. Whenever I log on to ourcolony with internet explorer I can see some white dots, whenever I log on using Mozilla FireFox I can’t, there’s no challenge. What’s that all about?

Hey guys, we got a new challenge up and it actually hasn’t been solved already for once! There’s a link which says “he’ll see you at noon” which leads to a site with a webcam showing what looks like the entrance to a mall. Maybe we’re meant to find out where this place is and go there at noon. I doubt that place is in London I’ll leave it to you guys. :think:

I talked to gamem8ker and he said the site was a bunch of crap.

The webcam is from the Navy Pier in Chicago.  I guess they had someone make an appearance at 12 noon CDT.  I wasn’t around at noon, so I didn’t see it.  I couldn’t get the cam to work, anyway.

Two more days and we will finally see the Next Gen XboX on MTV!!!!!

i dont get it.. they supposedly show the Navy Pier in Chicago.. He’ll see at noon… and when you click on Truth.. it loks like a pic of Perfect Dark er sumthing like that.. the chicks hot though..  😛 we gotta get cracking.. or just wait for two days until the xbox show is on.. woot woot! :D

well, there’s not much to do here since they’ve basically just finished giving us clues, and today isthe day the countdown thing ends on.  SO, at sometime today they’ll be showing xbox 360 on MTV.

Okay guys, there’s going to be one more puzzle/reward.  Here’s what I know of the hidden letters/numbers in the rewards.

The question mark is because I can find no hidden letters or numbers in the ?.  However, some candidates:  M (lower left in pix), Z or N (barrel of gun, upper right) or 5 (5 pip design in center of gun).  It looks like we’re being fed a password.

UPDATE:  The ? has to be “Z.”  3SIXZRO.  Get it?
