so far, no reported problems in mine. i guess the modfel varies from that of the regular sp. mine is running great!! i bought super mario bros nes classic, and it is much better than smb deluxe for gbc. the screen is bigger, and it is the REAL DEAL PORT!! plus it is only $19 :D

i don’t ahve pics :( but it is a regular gbasp with a brighter screen, and the “pad” (buttons and such on the sp) is painted to look like an old NES controller. and the top of the sp is painted to look like the top of the nes. the bottom is grey like the nes also.

I’ve seen them, but I already have an SP so I didn’t buy it.

Very cool product.

To clarify things, the system isn’t 19$, the games are.  The system is still the normal 99$ for an SP.

If I wasn’t planning on getting a flash cart to put my NES Roms on, I’d consider getting some of the classic line.  But $20 for Donkey Kong is a bit much.  I think out of the entire Classics line up, the only ones worth that much cash are Mario and Zelda, and they’re not even worth that kind of money when you think about how much cheaper it would be to get a flash cart.  You can upload like 50 NES games at once and have a huge library on one cartridge.
