Electronic Business, commonly referred to as “eBusiness” or “e-Business”, may be defined as the utilization of information and communication technologies (ICT) in support of all the activities of business. Commerce constitutes the exchange of products and services between businesses, groups and individuals and can be seen as one of the essential activities of any business. electronic commerce focuses on the use of ICT to enable the external activities and relationships of the business with individuals, groups and other businesses
In practice, e-business is more than just e-commerce. While e-business refers to more strategic focus with an emphasis on the functions that occur using electronic capabilities, e-commerce is a subset of an overall e-business strategy. E-commerce seeks to add revenue streams using the World Wide Web or the Internet to build and enhance relationships with clients and partners and to improve efficiency using the Empty Vessel strategy. Often, e-commerce involves the application of knowledge management systems.

How to upload your videos to blog or youtube??
More and more people are now sharing their video files on their blogs. And a lot of them use Youtube to help upload video files. However, the uploaded video files using Youtube may have commercials and there is also a 100MB file size limitation. Also, you cannot edit your video files and have to upload the full video file even if you just want to use a clip from a video file.
Now you can use Wondershare Video to Flash Encoder to convert your video files to FLV files with much smaller file sizes and directly upload the converted FLV files to your server through its FTP upload function.

Step 1: Import and trim video file

Click the Browse icon to import the video file you want to put on your blog. If you just want to upload a clip from your video file, Wondershare Video to Flash Encoder also allows you to trim your video file and capture the clip you want to upload. To trim your video, you can just drag the Start Time bar and the End Time bar to set the start and the end of the clip, or check the “Set start time and end time” option and set the Start Time value and End Time value.

Step 2: Edit Video

Some video files have black edges around its video. You can cut off the black edges at the Edit step of Video to Flash Encoder. To crop the video, you can either drag the yellow frame around the video or adjust the crop values: Up, Down, Left and Right.

If you want to set video effects, Wondershare Video to Flash Encoder lets you set video video brightness, contrast and saturation, and allows you to apply a special effect.

Step 3: Select a template

This program also provides you with templates to customize the final FLV file and control its playback. You can choose to use a player template or a general template. If you choose a player template, there are various built-in templates of different styles for your choice and you can even add URL to with the “Advanced” settings. If you choose a general template, the program lets you add a movie intro and a movie end to your video. See the figure below:

Step 4: Convert and upload

After the above three steps, you can just click the Publish tab, select an output format, check the “FTP Upload” option, fill in the FTP information and click the Start Encode button. After the conversion, the final Flash files will be automatically uploaded to your blog. See the figure below:

There are two tips to customize your Flash files with Wondershare Video to Flash Encoder:

Tip 1: Add a pre-loader

A pre-loader will make your Flash file very professional. Wondershare Video to Flash Encoder provides you with multiple styles of built-in pre-loaders for your choice and lets you add pictures as the pre-loader. This feature is very useful for both home users and commercial users.
At the Publish step, click the Settings button to open the Setting window, and click the Preloader tab to add and edit a pre-loader. See the figure below:

Tip 2: Add a hyperlink

If you want to link your Flash file to a website, this program allows you to add either an image link or a text link to your Flash file.
At the Publish step, click the Settings button to open the Setting window, click the Hyperlink tab, and choose to add an image link or a text link. See the figure below:

If you have chosen to use a player template, you can also add links to your Flash file by click the Advanced button in the Playback pane. Then you will find two options to add links:

Open a URL on mouse click: Open a website when a viewer clicks on your Flash file.
Auto open a URL after playback: Open a website right after the playback of your Flash file.
You can choose either or both of these two options.

2. Lock Windows to protect computer
You can lock Windows to protect the computer when leaving the station easily by creating a shortcut with the path rundll32.exeuser32.dll, LockWorkStation. The Windows key + L is also a shortcut to this feature.

3. Edit sysoc.inf to list all software
To show all software that can be removed from your computer (including protected Windows services), you can manually edit (using notepad for example) the sysoc.inf file located in Windows\inf\. Just remove the word hide next to the software pack.
*Note* - use this at your own risk. Removing critical components of the system will make Windows instable.

4. Windows XP comes with IPv4 and IPv6
Windows XP comes both IPv4 and IPv6 support. To enable IPv6, you can install the protocols needed with the command “ipv6 install” in the command-prompt. Then type ipv6 /? to see the options. The installation will not remove the IPv4 protocols so your current configuration will still work.

5. Access Task Manager with shortcut
To access the Task Manager easier, you can make a shortcut that points to %windir%\system32\taskmgr.exe.

If you just want to play WMV videos on Mac, you can choose VLC player considering its powerful functions. But for converting WMV videos, a video conversion program is a more sensible choice. A video converter is like an integration of all video format components.

WMV Studio, which is one of the Flip4Mac component series, can do the conversion. It cost $49 but can only convert WMV to MOV file. In comparison, a video converter usually cost around $40. iSkysoft Video Converter for Mac only $35. It supports all video conversion on Mac, including convert WMV to MOV, MP4, iTunes, iMovie, etc. It’s a pity that most of the video converters don’t have a florid Mac-style interface and the output quality is not the state-of-the-art. Without better choice, we can still get a video converter. It generally meets our needs, although not for professional usage. Most importantly, the price is reasonable and I think it is worth my bucks. That why I get a video converter although I’m not a big fan of it. If you don’t want to pay extra $49 for like AVI component, get a video converter.
After installation, my computer kept freezing and then I got the Windows Blue Screen of Death!
Basically, MOZY FREE Backup CRASHED my computer. I could not even do a system restore. I had to restore my computer from scratch. I am still in the process of putting back all my programs and files, this is very time consuming.
Furthermore, after I backed up my files, I could not retrieve them using another computer. It kept telling me that I had to register and install MOZY Backup, it just would not retrieve my previous registration.
I am still not able to retrieve my files. Luckily, I kept local backups on some DVD’s. MOZY may be free, but there is always a catch. Please be aware Mozy free backup could crash your computer?
Maybe that’s how they get you; then they tell you have to purchase one of their plans???
FYI: I have 2GB of RAM and a 2.0 GHz AMD processor and it still CRASHED it!

I thought dragging and dropping a movie or any video file on my PSP’s folder marked “Video” is already enough, but turns out, I have to convert them to PSP MPEG-4, PSP AVC, (for PS3: PS3 MPEG-4 480p, 720p, 1080p) formats.

So I searched the internet for PSP Video Converter, and I stumbled upon Xilisoft PSP Video Converter. At first, I thought I would experience difficulty converting videos, what with my limited knowledge in video and audio format conversion.

But to my joy, Xilisoft PSP Video converter did all the conversion for me! I just had to drag and drop the videos I wanted to convert, select a readily available output profile and click Convert!

Imagine my excitement when I found out that not does it convert video, but it could also convert popular audio formats into MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV! So I can watch movies or listen to music on my PSP. Not only that, I can even turn my favorite pictures into videos so I can share them with my friends and family on my PSP.

I thought PSP is just for gaming, but who would have thought you could watch movies and videos, listen to music or even share precious pictures on your PSP? Installing the Xilisoft PSP Video Converter totally packed my PSP with multimedia entertainment that I’m sure I’d be spending more time watching movies and listening to music than actually playing games on my PSP! I am so happy I purchased that software.
