Angelina Jolie Wows in Versace

Angelina Jolie dazzled in an Atelier Versace gown at the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
The In the Land of Blood and Honey director wowed in a floor-length cream satin strapless gown with a side-split cut up to her thigh. A structured top, ruching at the waist and a flowing skirt highlighted the actress' tiny frame while cream peep-toe shoes, a red clutch and diamond stud earrings completed the look.
Angelina kept her hair and make-up simple with an elegant bun and bright red lipstick.
The 36-year-old actress wasn't the only star to impress in a pale creation on the red carpet at the Beverly Hilton Hotel with Charlize Theron, Elle Macpherson and Kate Beckinsale all wearing white dresses. However, not everyone shied away from bright shades with George Clooney's girlfriend Stacy Keibler in a red Valentino gown, Reese Witherspoon wearing a scarlet Zac Posen creation with Emma Stone dressed in a plunging plum Lanvin ensemble and Tina Fey opting for a purple dress.

Christopher Kane Praises Donatella

Christopher Kane has praised Donatella Versace as a great mentor. The Scottish designer has collaborated with the acclaimed fashionista for the Versus collection and explained he would love to "download her brain" because she has such a wealth of fashion knowledge.
"I learned a lot working for Donatella and for such a huge fashion house. She is really easy to work with. I come in with the ideas, my sketchbook, research and we go through it, one piece at a time, and she always gets it. She is open-minded, and there's nothing she hasn't seen. It would be great to download her brain, to plug Donatella in and get all her information."
After designing a clutch bag to accompany his fall collection, Christopher revealed he now plans to create an entire handbag line. "We did a great little liquid clutch reminiscent of pencil cases I had as a kid. This made us think that we should build on that platform, and create that bag that is a great classic and can go from season to season."
Donatella Versace Teams Up With H&M

Versace is to collaborate with H&M. The Italian fashion house - headed up by Donatella Versace - has teamed up with the Swedish high street brand to create a collection, which will include menswear, womenswear and homeware.
"I am thrilled to be collaborating with H&M and to have the opportunity of reaching its wide audience. The collection will be quintessential Versace, perfect for H&M and Versace fans everywhere," Donatella said.
Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor at H&M - who has masterminded collaborations with Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Comme des Garcons and Jimmy Choo in the past - added, "Versace is one of the most important brands of recent times and their collection for H&M will be glamorous and flamboyant - everything Versace stands for. Donatella Versace is sharing with us iconic designs from the archives. This is such a celebratory collaboration and is perfect for the party season."

Chace Crawford, Darren Criss, Ryan Kwanten to Model For Versace

Versace has enlisted some of television's hottest men to show off their menswear collection at Milan Fashion Week today.
Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford will join a host of other male celebrities including Glee's Darren Criss, Ryan Kwanten from True Blood, Zachary Quinto and NBA players Carmelo Anthony and Dwyane Wade to take to the catwalk for the Italian fashion label.
Meanwhile, sports provided much of the inspiration for the Spring/Summer 2012 collections shown at the weekend with Prada heavily-inspired by golf and British designer featuring T-shirts with Olympic torches on them.
Milan Fashion Week opened on Saturday with shows by Burberry Prorsum, Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli and Jil Sander while yesterday Bottega Veneta, Emporio Armani, Pringle of Scotland and Missoni all unveiled their latest collections.
Colorful Milan Fashion Week

Vibrant colors have already proved a key trend at Milan Fashion Week.
With Gucci kicking off proceedings yesterday morning, the iconic Italian brand showcased its vibrant Spring/Summer 2011 collection based upon “grown up glamour.”
Prada followed this trend in its runway show, with a whole host of bright and jeweled colors being a key feature of the collection, which also included a playful, banana print and bold stripes. Elsewhere, Dolce and Gabbana proved the floral trend is set to make a re-emergence next summer, with a number of feminine floral pieces featured.
However, it’s not just bright colors that will be popular in the Spring/Summer 2011 collection - Alberta Ferretti and Luisa Beccaria both opted for romantic, ethereal-looking pieces, with pretty lace dresses and sheer chiffon tops. Additionally, the Fendi brand showcased a completely different style from the other collections previewed at Milan Fashion Week, opting for a more ‘70s feel.
The great and good of the fashion world are set to descend on the capital in the coming days to display their pieces, with shows from Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani and Versace scheduled for later in the week. Anna Wintour is already in the Italian city and is likely to be in the front row and many events.

Madonna, Eva Longoria, others donate handbags for earthquake relief auction

Handbags belonging to Madonna, Eva Longoria and Dita Von Teese are being auctioned on eBay. The stars donated their favourite bags to help raise money for victims of April’s earthquake in L’Aquila, Italy.
‘Entourage’ stars Adrian Grenier and Debi Mazar hosted a glamorous cocktail party at the LA Salvatore Ferragamo boutique to kick off the sale, where celebrities including John Legend, Rosanna Arquette, Rose McGowan and Melissa George got to view the articles listed in the sale. Stars were also be able to purchase clothing and accessories from the label’s Spring/Summer range, with a portion of the evening’s takings being donated to GlobalGiving’s Italy Earthquake Relief and Recovery Fund.
