Joseph Fall/Winter 2014London-based label Joseph is developing their menswear, and they've hand-picked former Givenchy designer Mark Thomas to head the collection (go big or go home, right?) - the first position of its kind at the brand.

"Joseph has huge menswear potential. At the moment, there are a few pieces and separates, but they feel like fill-ins almost. It's been great to have the opportunity to go into a collection where the direction isn't fully formed. At Givenchy, there was a clear direction which you had to follow. It's super exciting to be here," Thomas - who also worked at Neil Barratt and Burberry - said.

Thomas has begun working closely with Joseph's current creative director, Louise Trotter, in order to craft the menswear line with a similar aesthetic to the womenswear collection: black and white, unisex, and very English and French. "I'd be working on my men's and Louise would say, 'I love that, I want that for women's.' So that's what we did. We just reduced the size; it's just like stealing from your boyfriend," Thomas added.

Elizabeth Olsen for Miu Miu

It's all about rising actresses for Miu Miu's most recent ad campaign, as it showcases the modeling talents of Elizabeth Olsen (who, considering her sisters are fashion mavens Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, is no stranger to designer labels), Elle Fanning, and 12 Years a Slave star Lupita Nyong'o.

Olsen (above photo) channels her inner 70's vixen with her poker straight hair and thigh high socks under suede boots. Elle (photo after the jump) strikes an awkward pose - is she going for demure or mysterious? - but pulls off the Miu Miu printed dress with yellow stockings and red shoes brilliantly. Lupita (photo after the jump) - in her first fashion campaign, mind you! - looks a little stiff but nonetheless striking in a beaded bustier top, navy skirt, hot pink stockings, and some seriously chunky white sandals.

Nicole Kidman for Jimmy ChooCarrie Bradshaw, eat your heart out.

The Hours actress Nicole Kidman has bared it all for shoe designer Jimmy Choo in the company's latest ad campaign, proving that she's still looking fierce in her 40's. Despite her amazing figure, it was apparently the mother of three's acting resume that inspired creative director Sandra Choi to hire her to sell their shoes.

"I love Nicole Kidman's openness to embracing a new character and each season she transforms into a new personality that embodies the spirit of the collection... Her poses are striking yet unexpected and her natural beauty is mesmerizing. She exudes feminine confidence and there's a palpable sense of energy to the pictures," Choi said in a statement..

Kidman - who is married to country singer and American Idol judge Keith Urban - is pictured in one photo (to the right) wearing nothing but a purse and stockings while donning a blazer that barely covers her chest matched with barely-there panties in another (seen after the jump).

Sarah Jessica ParkerSarah Jessica Parker has no fashion rules.

The former Sex and the City actress insists she doesn't worry about people dismissing her outfits as a "disaster" as she is only concerned with having fun with fashion.

"I think pulling it off or not pulling it off, that almost doesn't exist for me, because I'm looking for experiences, not some report card. I do love fantasy, color and the idea of no rules ... So you choose a dress people think is a disaster. In the end, who cares?"

The 48-year-old star - who has son James, 11, and twin daughters Marion and Tabitha, three, with husband Matthew Broderick - has teamed up with US retailer Nordstrom for her debut shoe collection, SJP, and says all the designs are for footwear she would want to have herself. Speaking to the new edition of InStyle magazine, she said, "If I'm going to ask people for their hard-earned dollars, I'd better be making shoes I want to wear. My real dream was a smaller line, my name, built in Europe, at a reasonable price point."

Nicole ScherzingerNicole Scherzinger is lining up a career in fashion.

The singer is said to be close to agreeing to a deal to launch her own clothing range with British brand Missguided, and she is expected to snub a return to The X Factor but remain in the UK.

"Missguided think she could be great for the brand and fashion is something she wants to get into. Nothing has been signed for next year's X Factor and it's likely that she won't be going back, so it's a great opportunity for Nicole to venture into new areas. She wants to continue working in the UK as she loves it here and feels like an honorary Brit. She's obviously going to be continuing with her music and this will be another string to her bow," a source said.

The former Pussycat Doll is keen to put her own mark on the range, and it is expected to include "sexy, tight-fitting" designs. "Expect a lot of sexy, tight-fitting dresses and plenty of sparkles in the range. She wants to really put her stamp on it and make it Schermazing," the source added.

Kim Kardashian+ The Kardashian trio unveiled their latest clothing collection, which they launched in collaboration with British retailer Lipsy. Unsurprisingly, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe model off their floral, curve-hugging dresses in the adverts for the line (perhaps it's the only way they'd be able to sell it?). Major kudos that they're not of the typical sequined and glittery New Year's Eve dress fare, but at the same time, I can't imagine women flocking to the stores (or in Americans' cases, online store) for a summery frock when they're looking for something festive.

+ Britney Spears surprised fans with a Twitter photo showcasing her new hair color: platinum blonde. Love it or leave it?

+ Tyra Banks seems to have joined Jennifer Lawrence in the war against negative body image words, claiming that she refuses to utter "plus-size," instead opting for "fiercely real." Not sure how quickly the latter will catch on, but it's a start!

Kanye WestKanye West is trying to get New York City to boycott Louis Vuitton.

The "Bound 2" rapper is disgruntled with the French fashion house's head, Yves Carcelle, after he refused to meet him when he was in Paris, and he is planning to teach him a lesson by publicly telling the people of New York City to stop buying his company's products.

"I wanted to meet with [Yves] in Paris. He said 'I don't understand why we need to meet with you?' I said, let me explain to you why you need to meet with me - or [to] the head of Gucci - let me explain why you need to meet with me. Everybody in New York City right now, don't buy any Louis Vuitton until after January. Now do you want to meet with me? Now do you want to meet with me? Influence. They think that I don't realize my power," he said, speaking on New York's 92.3 NOW radio station.

Whether the people of New York heed Kanye's demands is yet to be seen.

Isaac MizrahiFashion designer Isaac Mizrahi believes that models' body issues are a thing of the past.

Despite three fashion models dying in the past six years from eating disorders and some still coming out these days saying that they're recovering from eating disorders, Mizrahi claims that such issues are no longer problems in today's industry:

"I don't notice girls anymore in the majority who are sickly-looking. Even if they're tall and thin now, they look healthier to me. Not fat, not fatter, but they just look healthier. I mean this -- there was a moment when there was this whole heroin chic thing and it just looked terrible. It just looked terrible! And now everyone points at it and goes, 'Oh dear, that's terrible.' And the girls are encouraged to be thin, but I don't think they're encouraged to look like drug addicts anymore. I mean, I'm sure there are some designers who like the girls to look like drug addicts, but not on the whole the way it was for a good 10 years -- like, in the middle of the '90s to around 2002 or so. There was that thing going on, and it was sickening, absolutely sickening. I don't think it exists anymore."
