Yeah, so Saturday night wasn’t as fantasy jam-packed as Friday night.  Big deal.  It’s not every night we see multiple 20-rebound games.  Still, a few guys stayed hot and went off last night.

The Fig Cap: “Yeah, hey Raja, can you miss about 75 more games?  Thanks bud.”

We’ll star off first in a game I saw, where Leandro Barbosa replaced an injured Raja Bell in the starting lineup and went off for 39 points, 6 assists, and 7 rebounds.  He also had two steals.  And oh yeah, made 8 threes.  On the flip side, Dwight Howard just continues to dominate.  With 33 points and 18 rebounds, he is averaging 19 rebounds a game in the last two nights.  We may see a 15 board-a-night guy this year.

Carmelo Anthony and Marcus Camby stayed hot.  Melo had 32 points, 10 boards, and 5 dishes, while the big man went 10 and 10 with 4 steals and 5 blocks.  One of their opponents in the form of Jamaal Tinsley (one of my preseason sleeper picks I may add) had a near triple-double, going for 11 points, 10 dimes, and 7 rebounds, while also stealing 3 balls.

We’re getting used to it, but to complement Paul Pierce‘s 28, Ray Allen put in 27 points alongside his 10 rebounds in yet another Celtics win.  Jason Kidd had 17 points and 12 assists in the same game.

The Utah threesome is in contention for the best fantasy threesome along with Phoenix and Boston.  Deron Williams had 13 assists, Carlos Boozer had 30 points, and AK47 had 15 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists, 4 steals, and a block in his second great game as the Jazz rolled over the Grizzlies.

TJ Ford lead the night with 14 assists, and Brad Miller had 16 rebounds and 3 blocks in other news.

Line of the night?  Tough, but I’ll go with AK47 (15-12-8-4-1) over Dwight Howard (33-18-3-1) simply because of one stat: Howard’s 7 of 16 from the charity stripe.
