Blake LivelyBlake Lively has been granted a restraining order against her alleged stalker.

The Gossip Girl actress claims Sergei Mifle was hanging around the set of her show and said he also contacted her mother, Elaine, and as a result he is not allowed within 100 yards of either of the women. A picture of Mifle was attached to Blake's petition and showed a man with a prominent nose wearing a baseball cap, a polo shirt and a thick coat.

In her application, Blake says she fears for the safety of herself and her mother. "Respondent Milfe's harassing and stalking behavior has steadily intensified between February 1 and the present causing Lively and her mother significant distress and anxiety," it read.

According to TMZ, the man claims to have a "metaphysical" connection to 24-year-old Blake. The restraining order has been put in place on a temporary basis ahead of a court hearing on March 2.

Blake is not the only star to recently have a restraining order granted against her alleged stalkers. Halle Berry and Kirsten Dunst have both taken legal action against men they say were harassing them and were granted legal protection from them.

Halle BerryHalle Berry's stalker has been sentenced to 386 days in prison.

Richard Franco - who was arrested last July after the actress' private security caught him trespassing on her home in the Hollywood Hills - struck a deal with prosecutors by pleading no contest to felony stalking in exchange for dropping a felony burglary charge.

Franco has already served 193 days in jail, so will only have to stay behind bars for another 193 days. According to gossip website TMZ.com, Franco was also sentenced to five years probation after he completes his sentence as well as one year of psychological therapy sessions.

The judge also extended Halle's three-year restraining order against Franco, which requires him to stay at least 200 yards away from her and her three-year-old daughter Nahla for the next 10 years.

Franco was caught on the property three times in three days, and on one occasion broke into her guest house. He was also caught spying on Halle through a kitchen door, which caused her to call police.

Kirsten DunstKirsten Dunst has had the restraining order against her alleged stalker extended. The actress' current order against Frenchman Jean Christophe Prudhon was due to expire yesterday, but Los Angeles Judge Carol Boas Goodson increased it until a new hearing on January 9.

Kirsten and her lawyers are trying to get a new three-year restraining order placed against Prudhon, who was served with the papers in his native France yesterday. Prudhon had written over 50 letters to the Kirsten and even went to her mother's home in an effort to meet her.

According to her mother, Prudhon left "dozens of letters at my home, describing his obsession with my daughter." The letters were "frightening and harassing." In one of his letters he said he sold his home in France so that he could follow the actress in the hopes of meeting her while she travelled. "This is not the right/accepted way to do but honesty and directness, I have no other way," he wrote.

Eva Mendes Gets Three-Year Restraining Order

Eva MendesActress Eva Mendes has been granted a three-year extension of her restraining order against her stalker. Mendes - who has claimed she had been living in "constant fear" of John C. Luna, who she says has been harassing her since 2008 - asked for an extension to the temporary order and it was approved by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson after Luna didn't oppose it.

"I'm surprised he agreed to this, but his signature and initials are there," Goodson said.

In her legal papers - which were filed earlier this month - Eva stated, "As a result of Mr. Luna's conduct directed at me ... including references in a letter that he knows I am willing to die for him, and his showing up at my house on May 31, 2011, looking for me, I am in constant fear."

"I do not personally know, nor have any relationship with Mr. Luna, have never had any personal communications with him, nor do I desire any interaction or communication with him whatsoever," she added.

The order states Luna must stay at least 100 yards away from Eva and must not make any attempts to contact her.

Lindsay Lohan Goes Clubbing, Tells Fans She Has a Stalker

Lindsay LohanTime to start worrying again? RadarOnline is reporting that Lindsay Lohan was involved in a bit of a bruhaha at a Hollywood club over the weekend while she was (allegedly) partying with friends.

Around 2 am LA time, a fellow clubgoer tried to take a picture of Lindsay. Someone who was with the actress grabbed the camera (a Nikon) and threw into in a bucket of ice water.

The camera belonged to a witness in a group of four who sat at a table next to Lohan’s for an hour. “We figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good,” said the witness, who does not wish to be identified.

He described the actress as “belligerently drunk,” and said “She looked like she was falling all over the place.”
