Heidi Klum Files for Divorce from Seal

Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from Seal.The 38-year-old supermodel - who split with the singer in January after almost seven-years of marriage - has cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition, which was filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, TMZ.com reports.
According to documents filed by Heidi's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and obtained by the website, the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement when they tied the knot in 2005 detailing how they would split their assets. The couple have four children - Leni, seven, Henry, six, Johan, five, and two-year-old Lou - and Heidi is seeking sole physical custody of their kids with Seal getting visitation and joint legal custody. The blonde beauty also wants the judge to restore her maiden name, Klum, which she uses professionally.
Following the announcement of the couple's separation, the "Kiss From A Rose" hitmaker revealed the pair had "grown apart" and he insisted he still "very much loved" the Project Runway star: "You just grow apart after a while. She still, in my opinion, is the most wonderful woman in the world. I think our priority was to remain civil and do this thing with dignity. We still very much love each other. To say that neither of us were grieving would be an out and out lie, and I don't mind telling you that. I think the operative here is that we are civil to each other and we both have a tremendous amount of respect and love and we try and do this with as much dignity as we possibly can."

She’s only seven weeks old, but Lou Sulola Samuel’s ready for the camera—just like her mommy.
The little girl, born October 9, is the third child for model/reality host Heidi Klum (now Heidi Samuel) and her husband Seal. The two - married since 2005 - already have two sons together: Henry, 4, and Johan Riley, 2. Heidi is also the mother of a 5-year-old daughter named Leni.
These new pictures, which were posted on both Heidi and Seal’s personal websites, are the first we’ve seen of the newborn and of the growing family together.

Jill Scott: The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency star and singer just added “mother” to her resume. Scott and her fiance, musician Lil John Roberts, became first-time parents to a baby boy on Monday. Scott learned she was pregnant with Jett Hamilton Roberts the day she was supposed fly to Botswana for her new HBO series.

Celebrities Threatening to Defect

Not that long ago, comedienne Tina Fey (who is now for ever linked to her classic and spot-on Sarah Palin impersonation) said she would leave Earth if the McCain administration takes over. She’s not the only celeb who’s threatened to turn their back on the U.S. if the war hero and hockey mom make it into the White House - though her words were perhaps a little stronger than most.
Susan Sarandon, Michael Stipe (REM) and Stephen Baldwin have all made similar statements. Now, recording artist Seal and model Heidi Klum are clamoring that they, too, can’t imagine living in an America where John McCain might rule.
