Paul McCartney's family gets nervous when Johnny Depp comes to visit.
The Beatles legend says his wife Nancy and his fashion designer daughter Stella McCartney act very unnaturally when the handsome Edward Scissorhands actor stops by his house, and even he feels the need to smarten up for his "special guest."
"John - if I can just drop a name there - comes visiting quite a lot. It's cool. I had my daughter and her husband and the kids staying there recently, and my little one Beatrice. I said to them all, 'By the way, Johnny Depp is coming round.' They all perked up - 'Oh yeah?' I said, 'Yeah, he's coming round tomorrow.' That morning I come into breakfast and the first guy coming in is Mary's husband, and I say, 'You look very smart today.' Then Nancy comes in, she's all smartened up - make-up, you know. Normally, everyone bowls in bleary-eyed. Then suddenly they are all laughing at me because I'm in a waistcoat and I've done it too - subconsciously made a real effort. Everyone, Beatrice, all smartly dressed for our special guest," he told The Sun.

Robert Pattinson has been named the sexiest man in the world.
The Twilight actor has topped Glamour's 50 Sexiest Men of 2012 poll beating a host of famous hunks to take the British magazine's title for the fourth year in a row. The 26-year-old star beat Thor star Tom Hiddleston and Hollywood heartthrob Johnny Depp into second and third place respectively.
The top five was rounded off by Michael Fassbender and Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch.
Other hunks to make the top 10 included Robert Downey Jr., Robert's Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner and Henry Cavill - who will be seen next year playing Superman in Man of Steel.
Over 40,000 people voted in this year's poll and notable entries in the top 20 include Alexander Skarsgard (14), Batman actor Christian Bale (18) and his Dark Knight Rises co-star Tom Hardy (20).

Johnny Depp has bought Vanessa Paradis a $4.4 million Hollywood mansion. The pair - who have kids Lily-Rose, 13, and son Jack, nine together - announced their split in June after months of speculation and generous Johnny recently splashed out on the Mediterranean-style, Mulholland Drive home for Vanessa and the kids through a trust, according to the New York Daily News.
According to real estate site Zillow.com, the five-bedroom 5,800-square-foot home features a wood-beamed ceiling, a pool and hot tub. Speaking about the property, agent Christopher Westley, who was not involved in the sale, said, "You can be on the Strip or at the studios in 10 minutes. The views of the city are beautiful but it's not in your face."

The 39-year-old singer wants to date another creative man following her split from Johnny Depp in June, which brought to an end a 14-year relationship. "Well, my type is obviously creative. Creative with burning eyes and a pretty mouth."
Vanessa - who has two children, Lily-Rose, 13, and 10-year-old Jack, with the 49-year-old actor - hinted she was still "very much in love" with Johnny towards the end of their romance but they were ultimately in an "unhappy relationship."
Speaking to Harper's Bazaar magazine just two days before she announced her split from Johnny, she added, "Love is the strongest and most fragile thing we have in life. Nothing is ever for sure, but when something in love doesn't work from the beginning, it's never going to work. Don't push it. When you meet the love of your life, it's just obvious and natural and easier. You keep learning all the time. Sometimes you could be in an unhappy relationship; you are very much in love with someone, but it's making you unhappy and you think things can change and you can work it out."

The French singer - who is promoting her latest film Cornouaille - still refuses to talk about the Pirates of the Caribbean actor since the pair broke up in June following a 14-year relationship, but she insists she "wants" to be in her current situation.
"I don't want to talk about him. Who said that artists should sell their soul, expose everything about themselves? It's my duty to promote this movie, and my albums, but can you imagine what it feels like to see people making a business out of your pain. What's happened to us is our concern. I don't have the recipe for happiness, but I think the engine is simply having the desire. It's not feeling obliged or forced or repeating yourself. I hate, for example, whenever you hear someone say, 'You have work at being a couple.' No, you have to want to be there. And for me, I want to be right where I am right now."

The couple announced in June that their 14-year relationship was over and despite their split, they want things to remain as amicable as possible for Lily-Rose, 13, and 10-year-old Jack. The whole family recently spent time together at their $5 million mansion in the South of France, where they were openly affectionate with each other.
"They were both relieved they got along well. They ventured to the nearby Plan de la Tour market and they were joking around. At one point, Johnny held Vanessa's hand!" one source said.
However, sources claims the pair have no plans on getting back together, with one saying, "They are looking forward, not backward."

Johnny Depp wants to rekindle his relationship with Vanessa Paradis.
The Dark Shadows actor has flown to the South of France in a bid to patch things up with the model and has given her an antique gold pendant bearing the message "My heart is always with you."
A source close to the couple - who were together for 14 years and had two children, Lily-Rose, 13, and 10-year-old Jack, together - told The Sun on Sunday newspaper, "They are having a family holiday to show the kids they are still a strong family even if those two are split or not. But the fact he presented her with such a touching gift, it's almost as if they could make another go of things. Johnny wants to be with his family, he's a very family orientated man. His kids mean everything to him. What they need more than anything is to get together far away from Hollywood and that is what they are doing."

Johnny Depp and Amber ‘100 Per Cent Dating’

The 49-year-old actor - who recently split from long-term love Vanessa Paradis - initially met Amber on the set of movie The Rum Diary, but the pair are believed to have gotten closer recently and are now an item.
"They are 100 per cent dating. He treats her really well," a source told US Weekly.
Bisexual Amber, 26, also became single recently, splitting with girlfriend Tasya van Ree.
Johnny has children Lily-Rose, 13 and Jack, 10 with Vanessa - who he dated for 14 years - and is believed to have ended their relationship because he considered her to be boring. The 26-year-old actress apparently broke up with the artist and photographer a few months ago, because of the strength of Amber's relationship with Johnny Depp.
"They are no longer in a relationship," an insider said.
Bisexual Amber had been with her partner since 2008 and they came out as a couple at GLAAD's 25th anniversary party in Los Angeles. According to the insider, the duo remain friends and Tasya appeared to be enjoying single life again at Hollywood's Bar Marmont. "[Tasya] was chatting and laughing with several beautiful women," the source added.
Earlier this month, Johnny announced he and his girlfriend of 14 years, Vanessa Paradis, had split. During that time 49-year-old Johnny allegedly bought Amber a horse so she could join him out riding while he is on set of The Lone Ranger.
