Bret MIchaels Stable, Out of Hospital

Bret MichaelsLess than two weeks after being admitted into the hospital for a brain hemorrhage, doctors say Bret Michaels is on his way to a making full recovery.

At a press conference today from the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Dr. Joseph Zabramski said the 47-year-old singer has been released from their care. He could not disclose where Michaels is at this time.

“Mr. Michaels was indeed a lucky person, a very lucky person,” Zambramski stated. “He’s improving and I expect him to continue to improve,” he added. “I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100% recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people – 10 to 20% who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities.”

Janet Jackson Cancels String of Concerts Due to Illness

UPDATE: Janet’s tour will reportedly resume this Saturday.

An undisclosed illness has now caused to cancel a total of 6 concert dates in less than two weeks.

Last Sunday, the singer fell suddenly ill during a sound check in Montreal. After a brief hospitalization, stops in Boston and Philadelphia were called off.

Although Janet was preparing to resume her tour on this weekend, Jackson’s doctor advised the 42-year-old to take more time to recuperate. In addition to Saturday’s gig in Greensboro, N.C., Sunday’s concert in Atlanta and Tuesday’s date in Fort Lauderdale were also postponed.

Britney Spears and Madonna Working Together Again

Madonna and Britney SpearsEven though she may have abandoned kabbalah, is apparently not yet ready to give up on Britney.

Five years after collaborating with the pop icon (on their VMAs smooch and the single ‘Me Against the Music’), is prepping to work again—this time for her former mentor.

According to rep Liz Rosenberg, Spears will be putting together a piece that will visually incorporated into the upcoming Sticky & Sweet tour. The segment, which will be filmed soon, was something that was specifically requested by Madonna. Details on the video are being kept secret.

Madonna’s tour begins in Wales on August 23 and hits the U.S. on October 24.
