Mike Comrie and Hilary DuffIt looks like Aaron Carter won't be having that second chance with Hilary Duff anytime soon.

The Lizzie McGuire star recently appeared at an ASPCA event in Los Angeles and made some comments when asked about her estranged husband, Mike Comrie, that have folks suspecting that the pair might get back together.

"I don't think Mike would ever go anywhere... I mean, we are really dedicated to taking care of [our son] Luca, and we're really good friends who spend a lot of time together," Duff, 26, said.

The pair - who separated back in January - have been spotted together recently. "We have Luca as our main priority, but we do care a lot about each other. We're adults and we're making our way through life. Sometimes you do that together and apart and we're gonna be and we're going to do it in the most peaceful way possible," Duff explained.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy with their daughterBethenny Frankel has refused to pay her ex-husband Jason Hoppy $10 million in order to settle their divorce.

The TV personality has turned down the opportunity to end her bitter legal battle, which has been going on 15 months, by paying out the lump sum to her former lover. "Jason is willing to take a $10 million settlement in the divorce from Bethenny," a source said.

The 43-year-old former host, who is believed to be worth between $25 million to $50 million, sold her Skinnygirl Cocktails company in 2011 for a reported $100 million and Jason claims he's entitled to some of the money as he helped her build up the company in the first place. "[Jason] feels entitled to that large amount because he helped her to launch Skinnygirl. She sought his advice and counsel on the cocktail line from the beginning and up until the sale," an insider said.

As well as fighting over the money that was made during their two-year-old marriage, the couple are also battling it out for custody of their three-year-old daughter Bryn. Lamar OdomLamar Odom is ready to sign his divorce papers.

The basketball star's wife, Khloe Kardashian, filed court documents to legally dissolve their four-year marriage in December, following months of rumors he was addicted to cocaine and cheated on her multiple times, and he has finally realized he won't be able to win her back.

"Lamar finally gets it, his marriage to Khloe is over," a source said.

The 34-year-old athlete is expected to formally submit a response to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's divorce petition in the next few weeks, after hearing she "adores" her new beau, French Montana. "There was a time when Lamar said he would never give up on getting back together with Khloe, but he recognizes she has obviously moved on. He will tell his attorney to submit a response to Khloe's divorce petition. It isn't expected to be a long drawn out divorce, since there is an iron clad prenup in place," the source said.

Gwyneth PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow reportedly wanted to keep her marriage breakdown secret.

The Iron Man 3 actress - who announced last month she and Chris Martin were separating after 10 years of marriage - was said to have been keen to allow people to believe they had no problems, but the Coldplay frontman felt it was "wrong" to pretend everything was fine.

"It was his idea to announce the split. They had drifted apart, and there was no chance they'd get back together, so he felt it was wrong to keep pretending," a source told The New York Post.

The former couple - who have children Apple, nine, and Moses, eight, together - have been holidaying in the Bahamas since news of their separation was announced. They broke the news with a statement on Gwyneth's lifestyle website GOOP in a post titled "Conscious Uncoupling."

Chris Martin and Gwyneth PaltrowGwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin had couples therapy before separating.

The couple - who are currently holidaying in the Bahamas with children Apple, nine, and Moses, seven - announced yesterday they were splitting, and friends say they brought in outside help to try and repair the cracks in their 11-year marriage.

"They really tried to make the marriage work, but sometimes it's best to not be married. They know that about each other now. They have worked really hard for a year or more, going to therapy, trying to make it work - and she's been more honest than ever about how hard marriage is - but they just decided it was best to not be together anymore as a couple," a source said.

Despite the news, the Iron Man star was seen out publicly with the Coldplay frontman several times earlier this year and they even sang together at a recent charity event in aid of their children's Los Angeles school, performing "Cruisin," her song with Huey Lewis in 2000 movie Duets. "She called the event chair to say she'd like to sing with Chris," a source said.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth PaltrowAnother Hollywood couple has called it quits.

Gwyneth Paltrow took to lifestyle website GOOP to announce that she and her husband Chris Martin, who fronts British band Coldplay, have called time on their marriage of ten years:

"It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate. We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been. We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner."

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar OdomKhloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have been talking constantly.

The reality star filed for divorce from her husband of four years in December following allegations of the basketball player's infidelity and drug abuse, but sources claim the pair haven't given up hope on their marriage just yet. "They're talking all the time. It's not over yet," an insider said.

The 29-year-old brunette has just moved into Justin Bieber's former Calabasas, California, mansion - which cost her a cool $7.2 million - and is said to be building an inside basketball court in her new home, which Lamar hopes could be a sign of a potential reconciliation. "Her installing a basketball court really says something. He thinks he could get Khloe back," another source added.
