Will.i.am thinks this Queen Elizabeth is like his mother. The Black Eyed Peas star has been spending a lot of time in the UK while working on TV talent show The Voice and thinks the British monarch is "super dope."

"I love the queen. She's super dope. She reminds me of my mum. I mean, my mum and no money and the queen is obviously loaded, but just their strength and perseverance. My mum is everything to me, she's my ideal woman."

The 37-year-old singer is enjoying his time in Britain because he loves the sense of humor, but does think it is funny how excited British people get about the sunshine.

"I love Britain, I love how excited Brits get when there's a hint of sunshine, it's hilarious. And you have good humor," he said.

Will recently revealed he has been working on his singing abilities in the studio because he tends to "lean" on autotune: "I'm working on my singing abilities. I like staying in the studio. The computer allows me to make music, sing it myself, and not wait around for a singer to come along and sing the songs. The computer allows me to execute a lot of my ideas at the speed that I think them so that's why I lean to the autotune."
