It’s time once again to congratulate those celebrities entering into parenthood:

Neil Patrick Harris: The How I Met Your Mother star is about to be a father—of two. Harris and partner David Burtka are expecting twins this October via a surrogate. The two have been together for six years.

Sasha Alexander: The Rizzoli & Isles actress has a second season—and a second baby—to look forward to. Alexander and her writer/director hubby, Edoardo Ponti, are currently parents to a 4-year-old daughter named Lucia Sofia.

Luke Bryan: It’s another boy for the country singer and wife Caroline. Tatum Christopher, born August 11, joins big brother Thomas ‘Bo’ Boyer into the family.

Rod Stewart: The 65-year-old rocker still has it. Stewart and wife Penny Lancaster are awaiting the birth of their second child together. Rod also has five other children from previous relationships.

Alanis Morissette: There are “Thank U” cards ahead in the singer’s future. Morissette has finally confirmed the rumors: she is indeed pregnant. Alanis, 36, wed rapper Mario ‘Souleye’ Treadway back in May.

Ryan Tedder: The OneRepublic frontman has got something cute to “stop and stare” at: his new son. Wife Genevieve gave birth to Copeland Cruz Tedder on August 2.

Lily Allen: The British singer has something big to “Smile” about: her growing belly. Allen has been dating the father-to-be, Sam Cooper, for a year now.

Jeff Gordon: The NASCAR driver has another future rugrat to race after. On August 9, Jeff and his wife, Ingrid Vandebosch, said hello to son Leo Benjamin. Their first child, daughter Ella Sofia, is now three years old.

Annie Wersching: It’s around-the-clock feedings feedings for the 24 actress. Wersching delivered son Freddie on August 8. This is the first child for Anne and her husband, actor Stephen Full.

Amy Poehler: The Baby Mama actress is now momma to another baby. Poehler and husband Will Arnett introduced son Abel James on August 6. Their first little man, Archie, was born in October 2008.

Kristoffer Polaha: The Life Unexpected star is expecting life in a full house. Kristoffer Polaha and wife Julianne Morris are preparing for a third addition to their family. They already have two boys, ages four and six.

Anthony Hamilton: The Grammy award-winning singer will be welcoming twins this October with wife Tarsha. Anthony is also the father of three other children.

Thomas Beatie: Beatie, a.k.a. the “Pregnant Man,” has done it again. In late July, he gave birth to another child. The baby boy joins Thomas’ other two children with wife Nancy: a two-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.

Diablo Cody: It’s a boy for the Juno screenwriter and hubby Dan Maurio. A “lightly mustachioed” Marcello Daniel Maurio (Cody’s description, not ours) made his entrance on July 27.

Christina Applegate: The 38-year-old actress will soon be married…with children. Applegate and fiance Martyn Lenoble are now prepping for their new roles as parents. The two became engaged on Valentine’s Day.

Tamyra Gray: Congratulations to Tamyra and husband Sam Watters. The former American Idol contestant and the former Color Me Badd singer became first-time parents on July 17. The little girl was named Sienna Marie.

Josh Turner: Make room for another baby in the Turner home. Josh and wife Jennifer – already parents to two boys – are looking forward to the arrival of their third child. The baby is due early next year.

Emily Procter: Keep an eye out for the hidden baby bump next season on CSI: Miami. Although Emily is currently carrying her first child with boyfriend Paul Bryant, her pregnancy won’t be acknowledged on the show.

Melissa Rycroft: The reality star has rebounded nicely from her time on The Bachelor. Rycroft is now a newlywed and an expectant mother. Melissa and husband Tye Strickland were married in December of last year.

Dierks Bentley: It will be a happy holiday for the singer and his wife. Dierks and Cassidy are planning for the arrival of another child this December. Their only daughter, Evie, is now 21 months old.

Ali Larter: The former Heroes star has a new physical challenge to tackle: motherhood. Larter, who wed writer/actor Hayes MacArthur last August, is due to give birth to her first child later this winter.
