The dust is finally settling around the Thanksgiving fight involving Halle Berry's former and ex lovers, Olivier Martinez and Gabriel Aubry, respectively. Aubry, who is the father of Halle's four year-old daughter Nahla, has been told by the Los Angeles Police Department that he will not be charged for the assault, despite their investigative conclusion that he instigated the brawl.

Berry and Martinez have decided not to pursue criminal charges against Aubry in order to protect Nahla. Aubry is expected to attend an informal meeting with the LAPD to discuss the incident.

A source close to the situation believes that Aubry will most likely agree to taking anger management classes. "It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle," the insider said.

Martinez and Berry were last spotted attending a boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas.
