What kind of jobs are available at Twitter?
Like any other big company, Twitter has jobs in many different departments. Twitter is currently filling out its business development and sales, engineering, finance, HR, legal, mobile, operations, product management, support and user experience and design teams. Other (seemingly non-hiring) departments include executive (management) and communications.

What is it like to work there?
Twitter and its employees have always been very vocal about their quality of corporate culture. The offices are open, bright, and harvest creativity in every corner.

Advice on getting hired?
Twitter Director of Communications Matt Graves explains, "There's no one set of skills or experience we're looking for -- it really depends on the position. But we do look for certain traits: hard workers, smart thinkers and respectful team players. Having a great sense of humor is a (big) plus; I've never worked with so many funny people in my life."

It's obviously a good idea to add your Twitter handle on your resume and follow @jointheflock to keep tabs on new positions.
