Rock Band Reloaded Review

rock band reloaded review

Traveling the world has always been a lifetime goal of mine. However, with so many remote places to visit, bringing a console along to play videogames is out of the question.  Thankfully, Electronic Arts (EA) has releases their second installment of Rock Band for both iPhone and iPad platforms called Rock Band Reloaded. Singing along to some of my favorite songs while climbing the top of a mountain anywhere in the world is now a very possible scenario!

Played Rock Band on your iPhone before? Then you know the drill; Tap the screen to hit the falling gems to score points as a singer, drummer, guitarist or bassist. Rock Band Reloaded’s selling point versus the first installment of the game is the voice recognition capabilities. But don’t worry; if you don’t want sing in public, you can still use your fingers to swipe along the notes. The voice recognition is very accurate, but it is recommended for even more precise scoring to use a microphone/earpiece device.

If you breezed through all of the levels on the last game, EA has added the expert mode so you can shine on the 29 songs Reloaded includes from artists like No Doubt, Seether, Duran Duran, and Billy Idol.

Rock Band Reloaded has quickly become one of the favorite games on my iPhone.  With 29 songs, voice recognition, mutilplayer features, Facebook integration, and option to buy new songs, how could I not love this game?

Rock Band Reloaded is now available on the iTunes store for $4.99. Buy now!
